Both terminals of these flexible are solidified by fusion process to give friction free supply of current at terminal joints and for better life of replacement resulting into less breakdown.
We are using Electrolytic Grade(ETP Grade) Copper Wire 18 SWG Wire dia. For High Flexibility, the strands are twisted to provide air gaps to cool the conductor sufficiently for better ampere ratio to the cross sectional area.
They are machined and fabricated for High Current Conductor Element-Bus Bar System - Anode Rods- Bus Bar Holders - Supporting Structures - Switches and Switching contacts with Silver and Tungsten contact tips as per customers requirements.
We can also supply the customized requirement as per customer specification.
